Why Montreux Art Gallery (MAG) 2020?
Montreux Art Gallery is THE lounge of contemporary art the most appreciated by Switzerland. It has gathered for 11 years, each November during five days, a selection of galleries and independent artists from Switzerland and around the world. more than 16,500 visitors over 5 days on 8,000 sqm of exhibition grounds. Consisting of 3 large spaces, MAG presents more than 60 independent artists, the several 120 exhibitors are divided in different areas: galleries, independent artists, thematic exhibitions, art and new technologies. MAG pays particular attention to the quality of the exhibitors selected. The City of Montreux, a magical place that as built his reputation by combining its economical, cultural and gorgeous scenery landscaping, will be please to welcome you for this new fabulous contemporary international art exhibition.

Montreux Art Gallery (MAG) will be held 04 to 08 Nov 2020 in Montreux, Switzerland. Montreux Art Gallery (MAG) is THE lounge of contemporary art the most appreciated by Switzerland. Founded in 2005, Montreux Art Gallery is the unmistakable exhibition and sales centre for Swiss and international contemporary art. With the influx of visitors that has tripled since its inception and its world renown, the event has become the most important meeting place for art galleries and editors in French-speaking Switzerland. Dedicated to contemporary art in all its forms, the event hosts a large number of Swiss and European art galleries, which present and offer for sale the works of some 200 artists, illustrating all the current trends, but also all the vehicles of expression: painting, sculpture, video art, engraving, drawing. In order to further reinforce the impact of the event, large-scale thematic exhibitions are organised each year. Always in search of new stylistic and artistic developments, Montreux Art Gallery also offers each year an area dedicated to new creations, which helps identify the new trends.
