Pelicam Film Festival will be held 10 to 19 Jul 2020 in Tulcea, Romania. Pelicam Film Festival ultimate goal is that focuses on the environment is to inform and come up with possible solutions for a sustainable development. Our Festival is set on attracting a large public interested in films and concerned about the environment, a public that can be found in Tulcea and the Danube Delta area, as well as on a national and international scale. Because caring is sharing, PeliCAM IFF is ready to bring in the best films about the things that surround us. Beyond the main “eco” thematic, the festival is presenting feature and short films which approach wider subjects, focusing on a better future development : nature’s protection, a good resource handling, air quality, transportation, energy, the agricultural quality, health and medium, solidarity and the never ending fights against poverty. Pelicam Film Festival is an event and I like events...
