Throughout 5 days, the Salon du Chocolat welcomes all chocolate lovers to know more about the universe of cocoa, meet iconic chocolate brands and the best French and international artisans.

• Pastry Show

The greatest French and international chefs, pastry chefs, master chocolatiers and young talents follow one another in the Pastry Show demonstration area to present their best chocolate recipes.

• Cocoa Show

The Lands of Cocoa reveal their secrets at the Cacao Show space through dance, songs, music and rituals from cocoa-producing countries ... in a festive and chocolaty musical entertainment!

• Chocosphere

To understand chocolate is to love it. This is and will remain the philosophy of the Salon du Chocolat.
In the Chocosphère area, visitors discover the universe of chocolate and all its subtleties through a series of presentations and tastings. 

• Chocolate Bookshop

In partnership with La Librairie Gourmande, the Salon du Chocolat presents a space dedicated solely to books about chocolate and pastry.

This is an opportunity for visitors to buy books, meet authors and have their new culinary bibles signed.

• Chocoland

Every day, the Chocoland area welcomes children aged from 3 to 12 for educational and playful activities.

In the world of Chocoland, the budding chefs are in charge, with their own chef’s hat and apron. A chance to dive into the world of chocolate and be transformed into a culinary artist.

• Espace Cacao Barry

Top international chefs share their culinary experience during live demos of innovative recipes.

In rotation with the live demos, cocoa experts run educational presentations to explain visitors how cocoa is processed and the importance of fermentation for quality chocolate.

The Salon du Chocolat created the unique idea of bringing together the talents of chocolatiers and fashion designers to create exceptional chocolate dresses.

• World Chocolate Masters

The Salon du Chocolat hosts the World Chocolate Masters Final, the premium international competition devoted solely to the art of chocolate.

• The Chocolate Awards

 the Chocolate Awards pay tribute to the best chocolatiers and the most remarkable chocolate in the world. More generally, these annual awards acknowledge the art of chocolate and the creators who make excellence their passion.

• The BTOB Village

For the first time this year the Salon du Chocolat feature a space reserved for professionals that will bring together some of the major suppliers within the chocolate and pastry industry: ingredients, decorations, laboratory equipment, ustensils, packaging, shop design and equipment.

• The International Cocoa Awards

As the only event in the world celebrating the work of planters and the richness of expression of cocoa, this initiative spreadheaded by Bioversity International and the Salon du Chocolat, helps further mutual awareness and reinforce collaborations between producers and chocolate makers. This programme aims to reward producers of high-quality cocoa, facilitate links between producers and chocolate makers and reveal the diversity and richness of the origins of cocoa.
