The Salon du Chocolat created the unique idea of bringing together the talents of chocolatiers and fashion designers to create exceptional chocolate dresses.
The Salon du Chocolat hosts the World Chocolate Masters Final, the premium international competition devoted solely to the art of chocolate.
the Chocolate Awards pay tribute to the best chocolatiers and the most remarkable chocolate in the world. More generally, these annual awards acknowledge the art of chocolate and the creators who make excellence their passion.
For the first time this year the Salon du Chocolat feature a space reserved for professionals that will bring together some of the major suppliers within the chocolate and pastry industry: ingredients, decorations, laboratory equipment, ustensils, packaging, shop design and equipment.

As the only event in the world celebrating the work of planters and the richness of expression of cocoa, this initiative spreadheaded by Bioversity International and the Salon du Chocolat, helps further mutual awareness and reinforce collaborations between producers and chocolate makers. This programme aims to reward producers of high-quality cocoa, facilitate links between producers and chocolate makers and reveal the diversity and richness of the origins of cocoa.
