Programme of Grafenegg Festival Austria 2025:
The summer festival programme is under the artistic direction of pianist Rudolf Buchbinder and presents great symphonic and selected chamber music. Every year Grafenegg offers concerts with orchestras like the Vienna Philharmonic, the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra and the Berlin Philharmonic as well as internationally renowned artists including Anne-Sophie Mutter and Renée Fleming. The Composer in Residence co-creates the festival as composer, musician and leader of the composer-conductor-workshop INK STILL WET, which is part of the Grafenegg Campus. The Campus has established itself alongside the concert programme as an attractive venue for education and discussion in terms of constructive promotion of excellence, setting music by and for the young in the context of international orchestras and illustrious artists.
