With the prevalence of waste and pollutants in our food supply, will these contaminants become part of our diet too? These recipes are a fusion of environmental pollutants, scrap and waste fused with food ingredients to make seafood cuisines.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ On exhibition @hinbusdepot, Penang through through 31 August.
