Mysore Yoga Festival will be held 21 to 24 Sep 2016 in Mysore, India. Mysore Yoga Festival is four day international yoga festival shall offer a unique experience to participants to practice and learn Yoga through yoga conferences, practical yoga sessions and optional tours with yoga teachers. This festival provides a platform to learn yoga in scientific way through international conferences on: Yoga and spirituality,Yoga and Physical Health, Yoga and Mental Health, Yoga and Social Health and Yoga and Ayurveda. There will be practical yoga sessions in the morning and evening followed by cultural shows. Mysore is a city with many yogic research centers and more then 200 yogic schools teaching yoga to large number of Indian and foreign students.
