Conditions Of Submission:
Films are to be submitted via the international internet platform reelport.com. Please register and upload your film to the 20min|max festival account. Short films must not exceed a running time of 20:00 minutes including opening and end credits. Films and videos that have already been entered at any previous 20min|max festival issue will not be considered for the current competition.
20minmax Short Film Festival Formats:
Submission via reelport.com: For pre-selection, all current video formats are possible for upload up to a maximum of 5
GB. Festival screening copies should be in HD (1920x1080p25), as mp4-file. Films in languages other than English must have English subtitles.

20minmax Short Film Festival will be held 03 to 12 Nov 2023 in Ingolstadt, Germany. 20minmax Short Film Festival provides time and place to engage in short films, meet filmmakers and discuss their ideas. Festival's team are pleased to announce this international competition for cinematic expressivity, autonomous formal style, impressive stories – ergo: artistic synthesis of direction, montage, sound and light will be presented and awarded. 20min|max film competition is open to all genres of short film: animation, fictional film, documentary, experimental film and video art, music clips etc. The only restriction is a maximum film duration of 20 minutes.
