Mondial de l'Automobile 2024, as
the most visited and oldest show in the world, involves more than 100 world premieres - a historical exhibition "Automotive and advertising" - twenty debates organized by CCFA in partnership with SIA GERPISA and P2M attended by over 1600 participants - nearly a 100 hours of TV and Radio reports and 8,000,000 pages views on the showroom website - more than 26000 fans on Mondial 2012 Facebook page, making it the first auto showroom on Facebook.
Mondial de l'Automobile with 1,253,513 visitors (2014 statistics) is one of the most popular and most important showrooms of Automobile industry. It remains the most visited Show in the World with 286 exhibitors 95% of international exhibitors (2014 statistics). In 2014, the show welcomed more than 10,000 journalists from 103 countries, confirming the Paris Motor Show as the world’s biggest international motor show.
This year the chosen theme is “Automobiles and Fashion”, in partnership with INA (the French Broadcasting Institute). Both born at the heart of the Industrial Revolution, Automobiles and Fashion have never stopped intertwining thanks to their shared taste for Style.
The exhibition sequence will follow the timeline of the great eras which have left their mark on the history of Automobiles and Fashion: pre-war (Haute Couture and Concours d’élégance), post-War (the Automobile dream), the Pop Art years, the Seventies and Eighties combining futuristic concept cars and legendary advertisements, up until our contemporary era marked by the boom of niches, eco-friendly design and customization. In harmony with this theme, over 40 cars will be displayed during the exhibition.
The Show summons up those involved in manufacturing, and trading motor cars, mini cars, electric cars and alternative powered cars. Also, exhibitors and visitors are specialized in motor car design, motor car engineering, motor car tuning, motor car accessories, motor car parts, motor car original equipment, motor car workshop equipment, motor car repairing service and motor car maintenance service. Suppliers of raw & processed materials, Producers of energy, Insurance companies, Financial establishments are welcomed too.
Some of the well-known exhibitor companies in the Paris Motor Show are Audi, BMW, Citroen, Ferrari, Fiat, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jeep, KIA, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Lexus, Maserati, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi Motors, Nissan, Opel, Peugeot, Porsche, Renault, Rolls Royce, SSANGYONG, Subaqru, Suzuki, Toyota and Volvo.
Moreover, the showroom is highlighting a testing center for electric and hybrid vehicles in a partnership with RTL2.
Admission fee in 2014, was 14€/ person for adults, 8€/ person for teenagers (10 to 25) and free for children under age 10. Groups and Work councils (minimum 15 people) paid 12€/ person.
