University of Southern Maine student Dani Cournoyer won First Place in the Student Work category of the PDN Photo Annual '19.⁠ ⁠ ⁠ Cournoyer says of her ongoing series, “Parenthood,” which documents her life as a parent: “Life doesn’t have to stop for me to capture these images, so I see them as the motor behind my practice; they keep me moving.”
