There are some great events happening this weekend at the Ballarat International Foto Biennale. This photo is a birds eye view of the Dr. Fiona Foley exhibition, Who Are These Strangers and Where Are They Going? Located in the Mining Exchange, this retrospective exhibition features work from the Oyster Fisherman series, Wild Times Call, Horror Has A Face, Opium and Bring It On (AKA HHH).
