Discover our 2019 Outdoor program around unexpected corners of Ballarat. We’re in anticipation to see what Mandy Barker makes of Wigton Lane, as her artwork Penalty moves in for the duration of the festival. Penalty looks at issues concerning marine pollution, utilising 992 footballs collected from the world’s oceans. The penalty has a double meaning; both punishment for breaking rules in the game, and the price we will all pay if we do not look after our environment.
