For the first time we at Ballarat International Foto Biennale have partnered with Regent Cinemas Ballarat to bring a new event to the 2019 Calendar; FOTO FILMS. The new cinema program will run for the duration of the festival, and include screenings of contemporary short and feature films that interpret the theme of photography. Curated by Ella Cawthorn, FOTO FILMS will also host a series of introductions, talks and Q&A’s from acclaimed artists, curators and directors at these screenings.
