In Japan, they have special word for watching the moon: tsukimi. The reflection of the moon is just as important. This work, 'Craftscape', by the Japanese Youichi Sakamoto also uses reflection. A single LED reflects on a black lacquered plate, using a special technique called urushi. The effect is somewhat similar to the reflection of the moon in water. Isn't it dreamy?
