According to the artist:
A resident at the North Melbourne Public Housing flats currently under a hard lockdown is seen looking out of her window. Nine public housing estates have been placed into mandatory lockdown and two additional suburbs are under stay-at-home orders as authorities work to stop further COVID-19 outbreaks in Melbourne. The public housing towers will be in total lockdown for at least five days following a high number of positive coronavirus cases recorded in residents on those estates. The towers will be closed and contained, and the only people allowed in and out will be those providing essential services. Police will be placed on each floor of the towers and other police will control access points to the estates.
