Shanghai Exhibitor : Tic from the USA. ‘My paintings explore space, movement, and femininity with the colors rooted in reflections of and in response to my childhood. Specifically, The Brothers Grimm fairy tale The Twelve Dancing Princesses fueled my imagination with images of the twelve princesses running through trees of gold, silver, and diamonds to dance the night away. The fantasy of escaping from the mundane into a world filled with vibrant colors and verdant gardens of jewels captured my imagination.
