Building, Dwelling, Thinking: always a new vision Emilio Ambasz and Attilio Stocchi 2019. Guests of last year's Cersaie event, the two great internationally renowned architects discussed their visions of architecture and design in view of modernity and current problems. Sustainability is a point of reference in Ambasz and Stocchi's projects. The former, Argentine in origin and famous for being one of the forerunners of "Green Architecture", was curator of the design department at the Museum of Modern Art in New York (1969-1976), where he directed and installed numerous influential architecture and industrial design exhibitions including "Italy: The New Domestic Landscape". He has exhibited his award-winning projects in international museums such as the Triennale di Milano and The Arts Institute of Chicago. The latter, an Italian pioneer of architectural experimentation, places nature at the centre of his architecture construction process, working above all in the Milan area, with projects that range from open spaces, to museums and installations. An interesting conference, to watch and study, full of ideas for those who want to design looking to the future. Watch the conference at the link in bio.
