Dr Danesh-Meyer is a faculty member of gIDE, teaching periodontics and implant dentistry. In 2000, he established the Institute of Dental Implants & Periodontics and the Auckland Clinical Training Centre in Auckland, New Zealand. Dr Danesh-Meyer is a Member of the Royal Australasian Collage of Dental Surgeons, Member of ITI. He completed his Bachelors Degree in Dental Surgery and Master of Dental Science in Periodontology (with Distinction) from University of Otago, New Zealand, where he later became a Senior Clinical Lecturer. He also has experience in private practice in dental implants and periodontics. Dr Danesh-Meyer was Clinical Assistant Professor in Periodontology at Temple University in Philadelphia from 1998-2000.
