This ⬆ artwork ⬇ is the color of your energy. — @ PeterZimmermann , ‘V.J.’ (2012), on view in @Dirimart’s Online Viewing Room. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Using clear epoxy resin mixed with acid magenta, lime green, and deep cobalt pigments, the artist constructs his works guided by a digital composition. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Layer by layer – starting with the lightest yellows and gradually working up to the darkest blues – the surface builds until the intended design is realized. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Once complete and installed in a space, the viewer can see their reflection in the ultra-glossy surface, adding an interactive element that pushes it into a new dimension. — Online Viewing Rooms close March 25th at 6pm HKT / 11am CET / 6am EST.
