2020 has given social space new meaning. Continuing on this theme we introduce you to @PremSahib, a 38-year-old London artist with a solo show presented by @Southard Reid in our Online Viewing Rooms, through March 25th. On view you’ll find sculptures, installations, and paintings – priced at $4,500 and above – including the above: ‘Beneficiary’. The newly-created installation features 4 pairs of identical legs and feet that have been cast in plaster, complete with uniform white trainers and socks. This formation appears to stand united, spot lit and partially visible behind a wall – a mise en scene that points to queer spaces of intimacy and abandonment.
