TGIF ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ F, for @Francesca Minini’s Viewing Room. The gallery’s presentation features works by both emerging voices and trailblazers from the past. Among them are the late Carla Accardi’s dynamic canvas ‘Ricomposte tinte’ (1997) and emerging artist Giulio Frigo’s enigmatic painting ‘Yilin Topologica (monocromo infinito)’ (2020). Despite their differences, both works reflect their originators’ uncanny ability to develop a striking visual language and their obvious interest in addressing our perception of dimension, surface, and flatness. — #artbaselOVR remains live until March 25th.
