Created in vibrant and vivid colors, the sculpted figures are having confrontations, taking showers, taking selfies, sending voice notes, or sitting in upscale restaurants. In works where a character is absent, environments such as lounges, kitchens, and bedrooms present an extension of human living. The exhibition is the artist’s first in Johannesburg. —
