Today Friday 31 January 2020, WIELS (Brussels) opens the largest exhibition to date of the work by Vietnamese artist Thao Nguyen Phan, who was the 2018 recipient of the Han Nefkens Foundation – LOOP Barcelona Video Art Production Award.
