We are honored to welcome Dr. Mukhisa Kituyi, Secretary General of United Nations Conference on Trade and Development UNCTAD Virtual Institute as one of our speakers at the Global Leaders Debate. Dr. Kituyi has an extensive background as an elected official, an academic, and a holder of high government office.
