◦ Artwork Spotlight ◦ Euljiro is a busy shopping street that runs through the South Korean city of Seoul. Brightly colored light coming from numerous signs, light boxes and neon letters gave the streets its unique character. Modernization threatens to destroy this unique landscape. Light studio EON SLD makes a statement against the gentrification by bringing these signs to Amsterdam. ‘Remind Eujiro Freemdom’ is a tribute to the cultural and historical value of the area.
