The Chelsea International Fine Art Competition is a wonderful way to keep your artwork in front of important museum curators and art experts. Anyone who simply enters the competition is a winner.
30 artists will be selected to exhibit at least one artwork (up to 7 ft. wide) in a collective exhibition which will take place at the street level space of Agora Gallery. In addition each selected artist will receive a personal press release, be included in a catalog designed especially for the competition exhibition and invited to the opening reception.
$5,000 to be distributed among 5 juror-selected artists. Each artist will be awarded a $1,000 .
3 artists will be awarded a one-page review with 3 color images in ARTisSpectrum Magazine. 10 copies of this professional publication will be mailed to each of the artists to share with interested collectors, clients and art lovers.
2-Dimensional Work – Each piece can be no larger than 75″ x 85″ (192 x 218 centimeters).
Diptych, Triptych – A work made up of multiple pieces can be up to 168″ (427 centimeters) wide, as long as each part is no larger than 75″ x 85″ (192 x 218 centimeters).
3-Dimensional Work – The maximum size for a work that is preassembled (arrives as one piece) is 72″ x 72″ x 24″ (184 x 184 x 61 centimeters). The maximum size for work that is comprised of multiple parts to be assembled in the gallery is 72″H x 72″W x 36″D (184 x 184 x 92 centimeters ).
