ART FAIR TOKYO 2025 GALLERIES:
Application Overview
Qualification:Commercial art galleries from Japan and abroad
Which regularly hold art shows at their own exhibition space.
Any individual or gallery pursuing business solely as an art dealer does not qualify.
*The decision for admission as an exhibitor shall be made by ART FAIR TOKYO Committee.
*The basis for evaluation focuses mainly on the presentation of the respective galleries as specified in the application forms.
Exhibits:Any artworks those are appropriate for the fair’s objectives
(Antiques, arts and crafts, nihonga, modern and contemporary art, etc.)
*Inappropriate works may not be permitted to present at the fair, depending on the committee’s decision. Application open for GALLERIES:Booth size 1 unit: 3.6m(width) x 2.7m(depth) x 3m(height)(9.72㎡ )
Participation fee:The participation fee will be the sum of the registration fee and the booth fee.Registration fee:¥216,000(inc.8% sales tax)
It will be the same amount for all participants regardless of their exhibition styles and booth sizes.
*The fee includes:
- PR activities conducted by the ART FAIR TOKYO Committee
- Gallery information page in the official catalogue
- Distribution of catalogues, VIP Cards, invitation tickets
Booth fee:¥540,000(inc.8% sales tax)per unit
The booth fee will be calculated and charged depending on the number of booth unit(s).
*The fee includes:
Booth occupation (three walls)
Accompanying items (fascia name board / the fixed number of spotlights)
ie.When applying for 1.5 units, a total participation fee would be the following.
Registration fee ¥216,000 + booth fee ¥810,000 (¥540,000 x 1.5) = ¥1,026,000(inc. 8% sales tax)
