AMB Stuttgart will be held 15 to 19 Sep 2026 in Stuttgart, Germany. AMB Stuttgart is one of the top 5 trade fairs worldwide for metal-cutting technology. This event is one of the most important trade fairs for metal-cutting machine tools and precision tools, at the heart of German mechanical engineering and therefore the key to the market. All the world market and technology leaders come together on a total exhibition area of more than 105,000 square metres to present technologies for future production. Visitors also profit, in particular, from the clear thematic hall assignment. AMB is supported by an attractive accompanying programme featuring interesting special shows. Every two years approximately 1,350 exhibitors from almost 30 countries showcase the latest developments in machine tools, precision tools and relevant periphery for metal machining. Over 90,000 visitors were interested in this offering in the centre of Europe's leading high-tech region Stuttgart. AMB Stuttgart is an event and I like events...
AMB has grown constantly since 2006. The exhibitor and visitor figures reflect this. The relocation to the new trade fair grounds directly at Stuttgart Airport and the market-oriented trade fair concept have helped this development considerably. 800 companies exhibited at AMB in 2006, two years later this figure stood at 1,306. The number of visitors also jumped from 50,000 to over 85,000. In 2010 the trade fair was able to increase its exhibitor figures to 1,346, and also the number of visitors rose further with over 86,000 visitors. At the same time, the number of visitors and exhibitors coming from abroad also increased. At the last AMB in 2014 the number of exhibitors evened out at the high level, the number of visitors grew to a new record of over 90.000.
