Wiener MusikSeminar will be held 10 to 20 Feb 2020 in Vienna, Austria. Wiener MusikSeminar has been devoted to the task of communicating the essence of music and its history to young artists from all over the world. During the weeks of their stay in Austria, they address the full range of artistic challenges, including their relationship to instruments, voice and music, the serious effort of continuing musical education, and the joy of making music – all immersed in the atmosphere of a city that plays such an important role in the history of music. For the past 49 years the association has strongly committed itself to convey a piece of music history to young artists from around the world in the course of the International Master Classes. Vienna as the cultural centre of classical music is a fertile ground for this purpose. Once again the International Master Classes of Wiener MusikSeminar are being held. Whether chamber music, song interpretation, clarinet, saxophone, flute, trombone, viola, violin, violoncello, piano or voice, our professors and docents are pleased to teach you here in Vienna at the University of Music and Performing Arts.
