Formula 1 Mexico Grand Prix will be held 27 to 29 Oct 2023 in Mexico City, Mexico. Formula 1 Mexico Grand Prix is a great new venue for Formula One. Well, not that new – the sport has been here twice before, but the atmosphere, with great excitement among the packed stands a 135,000 turnout after 23 years away. The Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez is located just to the east of Mexico City, one of the world’s most populous and vibrant cities, so many fans will no doubt jump at the chance to combine a trip to the race with the chance to explore the many delights of this particularly historic part of Latin America. The altitude and thin air caused by the place being 2,240m above sea level, was responsible for making everyone feel giddy. “I felt like a rock star,” said Rosberg, current record holder of this track, after his triumph. The circuit which hosted its last race two decades ago, will be completely renovated. The Main Grandstands and Paddock Club will now accommodate over 85,000 spectators. Race viewing guests now will be able to enjoy a “beach area” in front of the Main Grandstand. Formula 1 Mexico Grand Prix is an event and I like events...

Interesting Facts about Mexico Formula 1 Grand Prix:

As the name suggests, the history of Mexico's Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez is interwoven with that of brothers Ricardo and Pedro Rodriguez. It was the former's emergence in 1961, driving for Ferrari aged just 19, that provided the spark, prompting the decision to build a 5-kilometre circuit in the public Magdalena Mixhuca park in the east of Mexico City. And it was the latter's success later that decade which helped build an incredibly fervent home support for the event.
