Formula 1 will be held 15 to 17 Mar 2019 in Melbourne, Australia. Formula 1 is the season of the FIA Formula One World Championship, a motor racing championship for Formula One cars which is recognized by the sport's governing body, the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), as the highest class of competition for open-wheel racing cars. These amazing cars take approximately 80,000 components to be made. A car that can accelerate from 0 to 160 kph and decelerate back to 0 in just four seconds! Pit stop crews take only 3 seconds to refuel and change tyres. Teams and drivers are scheduled to take part in twenty-one Grands Prix—making for the longest season in the sport's history—starting in Australia on 18 March and finishing in Abu Dhabi on 27 November as they compete for the World Drivers' and World Constructors' championships. Formula 1 is an event and I like events...

The Australian Grand Prix will once again get the season started in March, while Azerbaijan makes its debut as European GP host in June.

Race organisers confirmed earlier in the week that the Australian GP would open the 2019 campaign on March 20, after the race had originally been penciled in for early April.

In other changes, Bahrain switches from the fourth race of the season to the second, with the Malaysian Grand Prix, which was the second race of the current season, moving to October where it slots in between races in Singapore and Japan.

There are sure to be a few eyebrows raised with the decision to host the inaugural European GP in Baku, Azerbaijan on June 19, the week after the Canadian GP, and on the same weekend as the Le Mans 24 hours.

A four-week summer break has been accommodated between the German GP on July 31 and the Belgian GP on August 28.

Fears that the new 21-race season would run into December have not come to fruition, with the season-ending race in Abu Dhabi set for November 27.

New features of Formula one Championships 2019:

Formula one season will see the grid expand to 22 cars with the addition of the Haas F1 Team entry. The calendar will also expand, with the return of the German Grand Prix and the revival of the Grand Prix of Europe in Azerbaijan.

Sporting regulations of Formula 1 Competitions 2019:

Starting in 2019, the number of pre-season tests will be reduced from three to two. The stewards will be given greater powers in enforcing track limits, with drivers required to stay between the white lines marking the edges of the circuit, except in cases of driver error. The change was introduced after an investigation by Pirelli into Sebastian Vettel's high-speed blow-out at the 2019 Belgian Grand Prix that concluded that Vettel's off-track excursions had been a significant factor in the incident.
