The Paris Photo–Aperture Foundation PhotoBook Awards:
The Paris Photo–Aperture Foundation PhotoBook Awards is a yearly photography book award that is given jointly by Paris Photo and Aperture Foundation. It is announced at Paris Photo and was established in 2012. The categories are Photography Catalogue of the Year (with a $10,000 prize), PhotoBook of the Year and First PhotoBook. The shortlisted books are displayed at Paris Photo.

Last edition of Paris Photo:
147 galleries and 27 art-book dealers and publishers gathered in Paris’s enormous, glass-domed Grand Palais for Paris Photo, the world’s largest photography fair. It became a slew of satellite events, including the independent publishing fair Offprint Paris, a Martin Scorsese exhibition at La Cinémathèque Française and the photographer Alex Prager’s first solo show, in France at the Galerie Des Galeries.
