Vienna International Art Fair 2020:

The 12th Viennafair will take place from the 6th – 9th October 2020 at the renowned and popular fair venue Reed Messe Wien, Hall A. The team at art-port.cc, organisers of Art Austria and Art Salzburg (with a history of 16 successful art fairs since 2008), is delighted to have the opportunity to present this art fair of high significance to Vienna, Austria and Europe.

The 12th Viennafair continues to build on its reputation as an “International Contemporary Art Fair” and will stimulate the art market in Vienna with fresh ideas and concepts.

Last Edition of Viennafair:

Viena  fairs  team organized 2020 a special museum programme within the fair, in collaboration with highly acclaimed, internationally engaged curator Angela Stief. This exhibition brought together the work of 60 artists from numerous countries presented over 500m². Under the title “Kinesis – A study of movement in image”, Angela Stief centered her focus on Viennese Kineticism, the 1960s and contemporary art. This is the first in a series of supporting exhibitions that seek to create a survey of local traditions and contemporary modes of production, taking Austria’s cultural diversity and artistic richness as a starting point, and relying on loans from both private collections and public institutions.
