  • Fabrics:
The Fabrics area features more than 600 international suppliers who present their fabric innovations in all apparel categories. In two halls and an additional two floors you'll find a complete product portfolio of directional woven and knit fabrics in wool, cotton, silkies and performance fibres.
The offer ranges from premium quality plains to exceptional fancies to haute couture collections by renowned weavers and suppliers. Every season, the portfolio of presented collections is selected carefully in order to guarantee the best-possible assortment of international suppliers for all relevant segments.

  • Additionals:
Around 200 globally leading accessories suppliers offer you the latest trends in buttons, trims, jewellery components, fastenings, lining, lace, embroidery, interlinings and hang tags in our Additionals area.
Two entire halls house this section which further offers individual and integrated solutions for labelling and branding. The offer is rounded off by latest trends and innovative developments for additionals.

  • BlueZone:
BlueZone is Munich Fabric Start's independent concept for the denim and sportswear community. Created as the first trade show specifically dedicated to denim, BlueZone offers a unique space, the atmospheric Zenith Hall, for around 80 international suppliers. Cutting-edge denim, finishes and washes, including global leaders among denim, street- and sportswear brands are presented. Flats, cords and ready-made denim products complete the BlueZone portfolio.

  • Design Studios:
For those seeking creative input and bold new designs, the stand-alone concept Desing Studios on the firstFLOOR will meet your needs.
This cutting-edge creative space presents directional ideas and individual design solutions for the trade. Established in 2012, textile designers and trend forecasters from across the globe present their designs and innovations in their own showrooms.
They provide visitors with a further creative dimension to benefit the design process.

  • Eco world:
Organically produced fashion has established itself as a paramount trend in the fashion and textile industry. As one of Europe's leading textile trade shows, Munich Fabric Start aims to highlight and inform on this subject in our dedicated organicselection area.
organicselection presents a selection of suppliers' certified organic fabrics in one place and offers:
A selection of the most innovative sustainably produced fabrics, with clear referencing pointing visitors to the relevant manufacturer
A portfolio of more than 500 certified sustainable fabrics as well as sustainable innovations from international manufacturers
Around 100 certified accessories which meet Munich Fabric Start's criteria for a sustainable product under labelling system.
All fabrics presented here are carefully selected and have passed another internal control to proove the certification. Furthermore, the sourcing process for eco fabrics and accessories is facilitated by labelling system.

  • TrendWorld:
Munich Fabric Start's lecture areas offer powerful trend seminars as well as insightful talks and workshops around sustainability concepts in textiles & fashion as well as.
In TRENDSEMINARS, globally renowned trend forecasters such as Peclers, Promostyl or Carlin discuss the newest fashion directions for the season ahead.
