Interbride 2014 after-show report:
Interbride was a great success in 2014. Almost 3,000 top decision makers from the international specialist trade placed their orders, obtained information about the latest fashion trends, and made use of the exhibition for intensive specialist discussions and as a contact exchange.
Within a very short time, Interbride has developed into the leading exhibition of the industry for the industry, on a national and an international level. On approx. 15,000 m2 of exhibition space, the big names of international bridal haute couture presented themselves. A total of 170 exhibitors used Interbride as a forum for their more than 370 collections. Thus, the number of exhibitors almost doubled in comparison to 2013.
Interbride presented five up-and-coming designers. The fair ended in 2014 by with going public with their commitment to the talent of tomorrow.
From all the applications, the jury selected four Germans and one English candidate whose creations were showcased to the public in their own area. The goal of the initiative is to help up-and-coming people in the industry onto an international stage on which they can get in contact with relevant market players from manufacturers and retailers.
Interbride celebrated the second premier by implementing a new fashion show concept. International designers, together with selected exhibitors and young designers, created an extraordinary fashion show for this event.
